O-Ku Sushi’s Executive Chef Michael Chanthavong invites diners to try Charlotte’s newest sushi hotspot during Queen’s Feast Winter 2017. Located in South End’s Atherton Mill, O-Ku’s menu provides a fresh and innovative take on traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine. Miso Soup - miso, shellfish dashi

South End Shrimp - chili paste, tomato confit, crushed peanuts

Yellowtail Carpaccio - cilantro, serrano pepper, mango, ponzu

Dumpling Dim Sum - pork gyoza, shrimp shumai, ginger soy and sweet chili sauce

Uni Pasta - garlic uni cream, candied bacon
