The Flipside Cafe in Fort Mill, SC, is brought to you by Jon and Amy Fortes, serving local, seasonal, inspired food. Winner of the 2014 "Got To Be NC” statewide Competition Dining Series, Jon served as chef of Mimosa Grill, Upstream, and Zink for nearly 8 years before joining his wife Amy at The Flipside in September 2014. Both chefs are graduates of Johnson & Wales University. Jon and Amy are also the owners of The Flipside Restaurant in Rock Hill.

Slow-Roasted Heritage Farms Pork Chop - herb Cheddar polenta, dried apricot and golden raisin relish, Swiss chard, balsamic jus

Urban Gourmet Farms Mushroom Ravioli - braised beef shortribs, kale, whipped Goat Lady goat cheese, shaved truffles

Lobster and Shrimp “Paella” - Anson Mills rice grits, chorizo, piquillo peppers, grilled onions, braised octopus
