Riverbleu Steak & Fish at the RiverGate is the newest creation from Chef Freddy Lee, owner of Bernardin's at Ratcliffe in uptown Charlotte, as well as renowned restaurants in the NC Triad and Columbia, SC.

$30 per person (does not include tax or gratuity)

 

First course (choice of one)

Classic Caesar Salad - garlic croutons, black pepper Parmesan dressing

Sweet Garlic Shrimp - tomato, roasted garlic, white wine, grilled crostini

Seared Rare Ahi Tuna - pickled vegetables, bok choy and sesame noodles

Fried Brussels and Kale Salad - crumbled bleu cheese, pecan, onion marmalade, bacon, roasted lemon vinaigrette

Riverbleu Trio – 4 oz. filet, shrimp crab cake, mashed potatoes, spinach and white balsamic brown butter

Goat Cheese-Crusted Chicken - Nicoise vegetables and sweet mustard sauce

Pan-Seared Black Bass - low country succotash, white Cheddar grits and andouille sauce

Four-Cheese Ravioli - winter vegetable and creamy vodka tomato sauce

Seared Diver Sea Scallops - leek, mushroom truffle risotto and grain mustard vinaigrette
