Delizia del Contadino - mixed greens, walnuts, pears, Pecorino cheese, balsamic dressing

Fritto Misto – deep-fried calamari, shrimp, and seasoned vegetables served with fresh tomato sauce

Pan-Seared Scallops - lightly pan seared scallops, cauliflower puree, and mushrooms

Tuna Carpaccio - paper thin slices of raw tuna served with arugula and Parmesan cheese

Calamari al Salto - sautéed fresh calamari, avocado and tomato in a white wine sauce

Beet Salad - roasted red beets tossed in a hazelnut-mint-blood-orange dressing, garnished with shaved Pecorino cheese

Salmon Tartare - fresh tartare of tuna, cucumbers, avocado and portobello mushrooms

Beef Carpaccio - paper thin slices of raw beef served with arugula and Parmesan cheese

Scotaditto - roasted Australian lamb chops served with soft polenta & Barolo wine demi-glaze

NY Steak - grilled steak served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach

Vitello alla Fiamma – pan-seared vitello served with asparagus and truffled mashed potatoes

Ossobucco - fall-off-the-bone pork shank braised in seasonal vegetables, served with gnocchi

Lamb Shank - fall-off-the-bone lamb shank braised in seasonal vegetables

Branzino - Mediterranean sea bass served with sautéed spinach, roasted potatoes, and asparagus

Gnocchi alla Mondeghelli - homemade gnocchi tossed with spicy Italian sausage, green peas & tomato sauce

Rigatoni Bolognese - rigatoni tossed in Fiamma-style Bolognese made with veal, pork & beef

Torta di Formaggio - Italian ricotta cheesecake served with seasonal berry sauce

Tiramisu - layers of mascarpone cream and dipped in espresso ladyfingers
