Chima Steakhouse offers a wide variety of meats all served by authentic Gauchos dressed in traditional Brazilian attire providing table-to-table service for guests. Guests can choose between two meal options. One meal choice is "Churrasco," a Brazilian BBQ served rodizio-style including all meats and the salad bar. The salad bar is also offered as a stand alone dining option. This inclusive salad bar features a wide range of American and Brazilian favorites with more than 35 items including salads, oven fresh breads, soups, cheeses and deli meat, such as beef carpaccio and smoked salmon. A full bar provides standard and specialty drinks like the Classic Caipirinha and the Key Lime Pie Martini and a wine list that is the envy of connoisseurs everywhere.
Chima will extend its hours during Charlotte Restaurant Week:
Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
