The open kitchen’s robata grills utilize a blend of organic Binchotan charcoals imported from a small region in Japan, which is key to the food’s succulent flavor. The combination of organic charcoal and incredibly high heat preserves the original natural flavors of the ingredients. Sushi and sashimi are of the highest quality and served in exquisite plate presentations. The restaurant has an extensive array of premium sakes, in addition to cocktails and a wine list hand selected to pair perfectly with the cuisine.
