• Chicken Marsala – traditional dish of seared chicken and mushrooms with Marsala demi served with risotto and the vegetable du jour
• Bourbon Peach Pork Chop – 10 oz. grilled pork chop with Bourbon peach glaze, corn risotto, wilted arugula and Tabasco onions
• Low Country Shrimp and Grits – six jumbo shrimp sautéed with tasso, peppers and onions, tossed in a Creole cream and served over yellow stone-ground grit cakes
• Pasta Pomodoro – angel hair pasta tossed with fresh diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, shallots and white wine
