Fajitas - your choice of recipe (below), cooked to order on a wood burning grill. Fajitas are served with onions, green peppers, charro beans, red rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, Mexican butter and warm homemade flour tortillas.
