Our main goal is to serve the freshest local, organic produce and the finest quality raw ingredients that we can find to produce what we call "New Southern Cuisine." From baking organic breads in house to purchasing regionally grown or produced goods, we take extraordinary care in what we start with in our kitchen. Simple preparations serve the quality of these ingredients best, allowing the inherent flavors of each dish to shine through. By utilizing a true wood-fired oven and grill, we are able to create dishes with a European country influence. Our extensive wine list has won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence each year since our 2000 opening. The rustically elegant atmosphere of our dining room is reminiscent of an Italian villa; our open kitchen allows guests to see the hands-on craftsmanship of their meals.
