wood-grilled specialties, and ice cold martinis are a hint of what
you'll find at Firebirds. In the Firebar, behold the ceiling-high
waterfall of liquor, featuring a colorful array of backlit bottles. The
dining room showcases a view of the wood-fired grill and dark mahogany
woods, bold colors and stacked stone columns that make for a cozy,
intimate setting while upbeat music creates a cool, hip vibe. Favorite
dishes include herb-roasted prime rib, fresh seafood, hearty pasta,
awesome burgers, and oversized salads. Firebirds features both an
