Carpe Diem has been
open since 1989. The restaurant is done in a beautiful art nouveau
style. Mahogany doors, copper lighting that vines around the wood work,
and marble floors are just a few details that will engage you in the
surroundings. Our menu features longtime favorites, like our
hazelnut-crusted goat cheese salad, but has new items that will keep
your palate interested. As always, we feature several daily specials
for those of you who want variety. We take pride in providing you with
