BRIO brings the pleasure of the Tuscan country villa to Charlotte. BRIO invites you to enjoy its premium quality steaks, chops, seafood and pasta. BRIO is also pleased to offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m., as well as outdoor dining, a private party room, and a Tuscan Taster bar menu Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close. Grilled Salmon - with Romano crusted tomatoes, citrus pesto, asparagus and crispy shoestring potatoes
Chicken Milanese - crispy Romano chicken with herb pasta, fresh mozzarella and housemade pomodoro sauce
Shrimp & Lobster Fettuccine - shrimp and lobster tossed with mushrooms, green onions and a spicy lobster butter sauce
Brio Crab & Shrimp Cakes - lump crab and shrimp cakes with crispy potatoes, roasted vegetables and creamy horseradish
Penne Mediterranean - mushrooms, spinach, sundried tomatoes caramelized onions, feta and pine nuts
