All steaks are available a la carte or with the Chef's suggested pairings. Guests can select from a list of ocean-inspired appetizers and a healthy selection of side dishes. The fresh market catch and featured entrée change daily and illustrate the creativity and execution of our well-trained kitchen, led by Executive Chef Vincent Giancarlo, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte.
